Cameron Michelle Diaz was born August 30, 1972 is an American actress and former fashion model. Diaz was born in San Diego, California, the youngest daughter of Emilio Diaz (1949-2008), who worked for the oil company Unocal in California in more than 20 years as a Field Gauger, and Billie (née Early) , an import-export agent. His father was born in Los Angeles, and his family came from Spain via Cuba (his grandparents settled in the city of Tampa Ybor). His mother is the descent into English, German, Indian and Dutch. She attended Long Beach Polytechnic High School.She became famous in the 1990s with roles in films like The Mask, The Marriage of my best friend, and there's Something About Mary.
